Some ways to sneak in exercise at the office:

Walk around the building at lunchtime.
Take the stairs, not the elevator.
Park at the far end of the lot.
Use the restroom at the other end of the building.
Every hour, get up for five minutes to move around and stretch.
Get a headset for your phone and stand or walk while talking.
Discuss business as you walk or jog with a co-worker.
