Lower Body Flexibility

To stretch lower leg muscles, place hands against a wall, elbows straight and arms out. Keep right knee bent and step back one to two feet with the left leg, keeping your foot flat on the floor. This will stretch the calf muscle. Hold position. Repeat with other leg. Do the set three to five times.
